On October 12th, in the heart of Paris, at l’Atelier Beauregard, we brought Memories Through Time to life for the very first time.

Beyond the headphones. Beyond the recordings. Into a room filled with people, stories, music, and memories waiting to be made.

And somewhere between listening and sharing, something extraordinary unfolded.

The beauty was in the moment itself. That fleeting, almost indescribable thread that connects us to one another — the very essence that inspires our monthly podcast.

We celebrated. We exchanged. We felt.

Emotions rose behind smiling eyes, stories found their way into new hearts, and glasses of Champagne Ullens, accompanied an evening we will carry with us long after its final notes.

And, of course, none of it would have been quite the same without our in-house composer, @mercielmusic , whose delicate fingers danced across black and white keys, giving melody to memory and allowing the spaces between words to speak.

Six months of stories.
Six months of senses.
Six months of remembering together.

And this is only the beginning.

Landing home after our Mallorca retreat with @angelainbloom with a heart so full it can burst☀️🩷 what an absolute blessing to spend these days with the most wholesome group. No words can really do justice for the love I feel for this sweet group, where every single person brought so much joy and kindness to each of our days together. Genuinely can’t wait for us all to meet again ✨

I have built some pure blissful memories that I’m going to treasure forever - from our playful movement in classes and workshops, jumping and swimming in the ocean, our soft morning tea tasting rituals, celebrating TWO birthdays (!!), catching the sun by the poolside and sharing stories and laughs around the dinner table over our phenomenal meals by @isabella1981 and so so much more✨ I will never take for granted how special it was in how it all unfolded!

My biggest thank you to my wonderful, radiant and full of life friend @angelainbloom for co-hosting this retreat with me, how lucky am I that I get to work with my friend and have it not feel like work at all 😭 you are such a light in this world!

The Scent of October
Home is not always a place. Sometimes, it is simply a scent that knows the way back.

The sweetness of an apple. Wood warming beneath our feet. Vanilla, tonka, sandalwood. The perfume of someone we once loved. A kitchen. A garden. A season. A version of ourselves.

For our sixth episode of Memories Through Time, we enter the world of scent — perhaps the most invisible of our senses, and yet one of the most powerful keepers of memory.

Through the memories of Julia, Caroline, Elle, Jade, Julie and Joachim, we wander through childhood, people, places and the fragrances that somehow carry them with us through time.

How cool was it? Can we go back? 🥹

Our Summer Yoga Retreat was like a summer camp with a lot of yoga 🤍

An amazing group, an indescribable view of the mountains, lots of quiet, so many laughs, nourishing and healthy meals cooked by @yogaculinaria , and what felt like endless hours of yoga.

Intense practices, soft and slow practices, Yin, mantras, Sound Baths, Nidra, fun and creative workshops…

And in between all of that, so much time to simply be together. Long conversations, meals that lasted for hours, sharing bits of our lives, talking about yoga, and everything in between.

A few days to slow down, practice, eat well, laugh, and enjoy being surrounded by the mountains and by such a lovely group.

Thank you to everyone who made this second edition so special 🤍

And a big thank you to all the brands who contributed to our welcome bags. We loved putting together a selection of brands and products that we actually like and use, and that felt like a natural fit for the retreat. 🤍
