Eight athletes moved from U.S. Ski & Snowboard’s new Regional Development Program onto the Stifel U.S. Ski Team this spring.

That might be the clearest sign yet of what this new system is designed to do: widen the development funnel and give more athletes a path forward.

After a promising first season, the bigger question is whether the RDP can turn early success into a development system that lasts.

The journey is much more enjoyable when you share it with others 🥰🥰🥰

That’s one of the biggest lessons ski racing has taught me and it’s why giving back to the next generation of girls in sport means so much to me. 💛

For the third year, @gainbridgelife @paritynow and @womenssportsfoundation are awarding 30 grants of $5,000 each to organizations across the U.S. that uplift girls and women through sport and education. Inspired by the original $5,000 check that helped Billie Jean King start the Women’s Sports Foundation in 1974, this program has already impacted more than 10,000 girls and women.

If you or your organization are working to expand access to sports and education for girls and women, I highly recommend applying and please spread the word to others doing this work!!!
Applications for the Gainbridge Assists Powered by Parity grant are open now through July 10th.

Visit paritynow.com/gainbridge-assists to apply. #GainbridgeAssists
