Quick change of plans for tomorrow’s race @tinman_triseries .

Moving from triathlon to duathlon (run, cycle, run) to allow the treatment to work.

Managed to get an appointment with a sports physician who’s always hard to get a booking with so I had to jump on it when I got the chance

Thanks to the Tinman crew for a prompt response

Run, cycle, run tomorrow 🔥
@amoeffect I think we were meant to start that race together after all 😜

This month was another reminder that no matter what life throws my way, I’ll always make myself a priority.

Work. Training. Growth. Balance. Choosing me, every single time.

Control the controllable.
