I don’t think I was ready for how much I’d love this summer 🥹❤️ I’ve always had a “work hard, play hard” mentality, but this summer felt different. Maybe because life feels fuller now. Maybe because I’m more aware of how quickly these seasons pass (kids I tell ya!!!). But I really, reallllly tried to soak it all in. It was the summer of saying yes more than no. The summer of celebrating our friends. The summer of becoming a mom of two. The summer of our sweet Leighton 🤍 It was the summer of having something on the calendar after work, coming home tired and happy, putting my babies to bed… and sometimes opening my laptop again because I genuinely love what I do. It was the summer where weekends with my family felt sacred. Where something as simple as swim became a favorite because I got to cheer Pierce on every time 😭 It was the summer of really belonging to our little corner of Chicago. Knowing the Walgreens employee, chatting with the coffee shop owner, the bakery team at Mariano’s knowing Pierce and getting excited when he walks in. The tiny moments that make a neighborhood home. And sweet summertime in Chicago 🏙️ Concerts, Cubs games, patios, boats, walking everywhere. I’ve never loved this city more 🥹 It was breakfast dates with Pierce before work/school. Just us at the diner, having actual little conversations now 🥹 Those mornings are some of my favorites 💓 It was fun nails, new restaurants, travel, late nights, family days, friend dates and so much more in between. And it was a summer where my team felt more like family than ever. I still have moments where I can’t believe this is my job…that I get to build something I love alongside women I genuinely love spending my days with. I don’t take that for granted. If every summer is a chapter, this one felt like the biggest yet. Not because of where we went or what we did, but because of who I got to share it with. And because I’m (clearly) not ready to let it go… one last summer hurrah before we officially enter fall. off to one of my favorite places in the world next week, with my best friend 🇮🇹 ily summer 2026 💘 🧺 by @chipicnicclub

One of my goals for 2026 is to share more behind the scenes of what it’s like to own and run a talent management agency @amoreinfluence + advice I’d share with myself if I was starting from ground zero again. For something that takes up 90% of my days, it sure deserves its moment!! 😂💕 as I reflect on 2025 and what I’ve learned as a business owner… these pieces of advice are coming out on top. 🤝🏼 Find a community + workspace that encourages collaboration and creativity! Amore is excited to be members of @threecities.social!!! While we are mainly remote, we meet once a week to work in person and let me tell you, Three Cities Social is a viiiibe! It’s truly perfect for our (growing) team and we love getting to connect with other members and work together downtown. It feels like I’m meeting up with my best friends when we work together and I’m so grateful to feel this way! 💻 If you want your business to grow, invest in your team. As we close out our books, my biggest investment went towards growing our amazing team. As a female founder working alongside a team of six women, we operate at a scale that’s larger than what a boutique agency can typically do. The growth of our team has been critical in our overall services and offerings. 🤝🏻 always remember the WHY. this shines through into everything you do. Your colleagues, talent, brand partners - everyone - can feel your passion and energy. Never lose site of your core values and why you started doing what you’re doing in the first place. For me, I do what I do with Amore ❤️

Here’s my “why” June marked three years since I started my own talent management agency, @amoreinfluence. What started as a side gig led me to leaving my corporate job. It was me, by myself, with only a couple of clients at the time. Three years later, Amore is a team of six STRONG women and 20+ amazing talent on our roster. I knew once I made the jump, I was never going to be a freelance talent manager. I was - and am - building a talent management agency. There’s no dollar amount that can truly define the most rewarding parts of my job. It’s priceless. I’m grateful for my team and for our talent, who have trusted us with their business. What an opportunity it is to make the creator economy better. And not just to do it, but to do it with Amore. Cheers to 3 years and thanks to everyone here - agencies and brands we have had the honor to work with, to our talent and to my team. I could not do this without you 🩷

Last month my talent management agency @amoreinfluence hosted its FIRST ever panel discussion: POV on influencer marketing. The night sparked meaningful conversations about the evolving influencer landscape: how to stay authentic amidst an ever changing industry, 2025 predictions, what brands and agencies seek in influencer partners, and why engagement rates (still) matter. Agencies and brands typically host events for influencers, agencies host panels for agencies, and brands host panels for brands. But bringing everyone together - brands, INFLUENCERS, managers and agencies - in one room? Yeah we did that, with Amore 😘 Here’s to many more events in the future! So grateful for our panelists @alvinwayne @allepierce @bexcali and Alex Marcroft who helped guide us through an AMAZING conversation. And to a great agency partner of ours @edelman for opening up your beautiful space for our event.
