‘YOUNGER SELF’ OUT NOV 6 ⭐️
Yesss baby! Here we go, single number 5, the last new single of this year will be out on the 6th of November!

You have no idea how excited I am for this new song and I defiantly (if I may say so) saved the best for last. Get ready to cry, reminisce and reconnect with your younger self for this one.

⚡️Since this will be the last new single of the year, I wanted to celebrate it in style so on the 4th of November, I’ll be hosting a CLOTHING SWAP/ LISTENING PARTY!

At this party we will be listening to my new single ‘Younger Self’ with a little Q&A afterwards and then of course it’s time to swap some clothes!

Tickets are 3 pounds and there are only 20 available, so make sure to get yours ASAP in the link in my bio! ♥️ #independentartist #ukcountrymusic #americanamusic #countrymusic #songwriter

I believe half of the pressure and overwhelming feeling a vast majority of artists feel around social media comes from over-promoting it.

It’s not about “promotion” but about “HOW to promote it”

You feel like you’re over-posting and tiring your audience because it feels like begging for support and talking to the void.

Start by shifting that strategy to make people FEEL something. You’ll start seeing this audience behavior slowly change.

And if you dont know where to start, my dms are always open for hardworking artista like you.

Posting for the sake of posting is the second worst plan you can have (the first one being “not posting at all” 😅)

Don’t panic thinking what to post, just make sure whatever you’re putting out is a YES to at least ONE of these questions 👆

And remember, you DON’T have to do this alone. Drop a DM today - free advice for hardworking, committed artists 😎

WOMEN, I need your support. I’ve noticed our followers dropping like flies after the post I made a couple days ago about being uninterested in following new bands that consist solely of white men and that I’m only interested right now in finding new artists who include (or are) women and/or people of color. Oh, the FRAGILITY! Dudes, there has always been and will always be more than enough room for you and your voices. Is it so hard to let women speak and be heard over you for a change? Parading around saying you are horrified by the Cornell7—yeah, cool, you should be—is obvious and unheroic, and when women act either unsurprised by news of SA or express a rage that extends back through our ancestry, or when we aren’t satisfied with proclamations that you would have been the one to save Jane Doe in that room, thereby perpetuating your position of power within the patriarchy rather than imagining how you yourself would have felt to BE Jane Doe, plugging your ears or throwing your hands up or turning away because you’re not being applauded is a weak-ass response.
I don’t want that kind of man as a fan anyway, so that’s fine—continue to see yourself out. 👋🚪
Women, will you fill the spaces they left and then MULTIPLY? I’ll return then favor over and over, and I’ll listen and respond. I actually can’t wait to hear your music.❤️‍🔥
Also, I don’t hate men. I love a lot of really good ones. But in the same way I won’t ever consider my learning complete when it comes to better practices in anti-racism and equality, maybe just knowing you’re “one of the good ones” isn’t enough. There’s probably a lot more you can do. LISTEN TO WOMEN.

I know it’s hard to know what to post when you’re not actively promoting a release.

But you don’t want your content to go quiet in between songs. This is actually the time to build connection, show more of your personality and give people a reason to stick around.

If you don’t know where to start, drop a dm today - free advice from @mirella.sileci.music for hardworking, committed artists.

Virality is a consequence of consistency and strategy.

Numbers matter. Anyone who says they don’t is lying.

I know it sounds brutal, but we all know that more followers, more views, more engagement, more listeners immediately build more trust, more authority and open more doors.

So yes. We do want to grow our pages, and virality accelerates that process.

That said... virality should DEFINITELY NOT be the one and only goal on your radar. Virality isn’t even a goal, it’s a consequence.

The moment you find your content signature, you have an amazing strategy behind you and (very, very important) you are CONSISTENT with your implementation, the numbers will follow.

And in that journey of consistency, there are many other goals you should be aiming for.

And remember, you don’t have to do this alone. Drop us a DM at any time if you want to learn how we can help.

One of the ways is definitely to sign up to our waiting list for the next Amplify Her cohort - and you can do that at amplifyher.co.uk/socialmedialab
