I am human before I am an artist. I am not perfect and I like it like that. I make mistakes, I learn, I cry, I laugh and I take full accountability for my part in my pain, my joy and my growth.

On Sunday I hosted my very own listening experience called Ndiselapha Vol.1

Thank you @dtmfunk and @blackgravity.records for co-hosting in your listening room.

Your space felt so safe that I could share my story as the person behind the art, not just as @tkdamonza_official the artist, the life experiences, even the darkest ones - an important step of my healing journey and celebration of LIFE.

To everyone that came to celebrate my debut EP Isipho/The Gift dropping 30 October, my husband, my friends and everyone who couldn’t but tried, I see you, and I’m genuinely grateful for the love and support.

And my community that pulled through and helped a brother out, my collaborators @amirabngs the first to play my EP live @scenicbyfrejon for footage @ampomah_secure for making us dance @mp.culinary for the heavenly tastes @theprintingshopantwerpen for sponsoring our thank you cards @koo.nou_official for the artwork and a special shout out to the happiness in a bottle @champagne.lacroix I thank each and every one of you.

Ndiselapha, I’m still here….
