It’s incredible what happens when you start speaking kindly to yourself

Life teaches helpful lessons, here’s some I’ve been focused on

If you’re not practicing contentment where you are, you’re not going to be content when you get what you want

I can’t hate myself into a version of me that I love

Everything is a win when the goal is experience

Anxiety lives in the space between who you are and who you want to be. Work to close the gap and see what follows

Wellness is “a conscious, deliberate process that requires being aware of and making choices for a more satisfying lifestyle.” -Peggy Swarbrick

Lack of community is worse for your health than smoking a pack of cigarettes a day. Community isn’t limited by distance and it’s the reason we recharge our social batteries. When you feel it full, share it

What we give doesn’t always return, but what we give is what we are

Life will love you back

Don’t forget to imagine the best case scenario too

Holding hands and jumping in unison with someone for a minute can regulate your immune systems to match

If you can convince yourself you can’t do something then you can convince yourself you can do something

Every time I feel scared I remind myself that every good thing I have in my life came after I decided to be brave

Don’t obsess over what was & what will be

Yesterday is history

Tomorrow is a mystery

But today is a gift

That’s why it’s called the present

And maybe the secret to having a good life, is realizing how good it already is
