A little late but we have a licensed driver! If anyone ever tells you this part of parenting isn't emotional, they're lying. 🥹

15. My guy. Every year another year older, and every year, I somehow can't believe it. So bittersweet. I know we tell you this all the time, but once again, we are so very proud of you and love you more than you will ever know. You are the absolute best. Happy fifteenth Birthday Ax! ❤️

Finally getting around to posting about track season!

Last year Axtons fastest mile was a 5:40. This year he started with a 5:21 and got it down to 5:11 PRing in every track meet while simultaneously battling migraines and being sick.

Although he didn't get it down far enough to beat the school record like he wanted, (5:04 - disappointing for sure) he's focused on this summer and next year's goals.

1600 - 2nd in Laurel overall 8th graders since 2018 & top 20 in the state 5:11

800 (ran once) - 3rd in Laurel overall 8th graders since 2018 & top 20 in the state 2:19

He also ran the 200 and 4x400 and had fun trying high jump and shot put at a couple meets. Overall a great season with great placements!

End of an incredible football season! These boys went undefeated in Montana, but lost to Sheridan... although who cares about those Broncs anyway? (Once a rival, always a rival) So proud of how they came together each and every game and totally dominated. Can't wait to see what they do next year.
