Mountaineering looks great in pics but while doing, it may not be fun for all. Its like while doing not many enjoy it but the sense of accomplishment & handling demons inside gives you ultimate adrenaline rushhhh.. The video depicts pre training for the Mt Friendship Peak . Needless to say with this kinda training, all members made it to the top of the summit. @amul.jai @pashan_pandit @rajani8887 @bootsandcrampons @mountaineersuresh Happy Climbing

Climbing can be hard, but it's the most rewarding thing many of us have ever done. Out of the many reasons we climb is because its a great leveller... Mountains do not differentiate if you are CXO, teacher, doctor, defence personal, model, musician, student... all share tents, walking the same path struggle together. No hierarchy no special treatments.. Its an amazing bonding. A child or scientist in team have to undergo same rigours climbing the mountains and there is no partiality none even cares about your past or favors .... a diverse group like this becomes one once they share the hardships together & come out as ONE with each one having a special place in the team. thats the beauty of mountains... WHY do YOU climb??? #mountainclimbing #mountains #climbing #hiking #mountain #mountaineering #mountainlife #nature #mountainview #trekking #mountaineer #adventure #mountainphotography #mountaintop #mountainlove #mountaineers #mountainclimbers #mountainlovers #mountainworld #mountainside #mountainliving #mountainbike #mountainman #travel #mountainbiking #mountaingirl #instagram #of #climbinglife

People say "we do not climb mountains it's the mountain that allows us to climb. This means that even if you are 100% prepared if the mountains do not want, then you cannot climb. BUTT, is the corollary true? If you are not 100% prepared can you still climb? We were to climb Mt Friendship Peak last week. Everything was going as per plan as we reached the summit camp rested and then started the final summit push at 2:30 AM after wearing crampons, climbing boots, safety harness, down jackets, gloves, headlights, technical stores etc... It was Pitch dark as we kept on moving ahead, struggling and pushing harder with each step. 4h after we started we saw the first rays of the sun and bringing a shock that in the early morning fog of war I forgot to wear my goggles 🤔🤔🤔. How can an Everester make such a blunder? What kinda team leader or role model was I? It was unbelievable coz once the sun is bright the reflected rays from Snow cause snow blindness soon. I couldn't turn back leaving my team there and couldn't avoid snow blindness as we had to face the whole day ahead, going to camp & returning was out of question. i couldnt share my pitiable state with the team too..... Being team leader I am mostly, in the end, closing the whole team together. So, when the team got roped up at Col, I was in the end and after every few steps closed my eyes to delay the snow blindness as much as possible. I used to close in with my friend who was second last and wait till the time he used to move ahead and the rope slack used to end. Followed this drill to the summit and when the eyes started paining i realized i would stay like this for another few hours... On reaching the summit good luck prevailed and the weather packed up, never in my dreams i thought weather pack up would be good coz that meant no more sun rays to bother and i could open my eyes without any hassles. This continued forthe whole day till the time we returned to summit camp and I got my goggles back 😊 Yes if u r lucky, even the weather Gods help u. Had weather pack been before summit we wouldnt have made it to the top but then after reaching there we had to return so everything was in favor
