Ownership is the mechanism. Impact is the result.

On September 21, during UNGA high-level week, I joined the World Woman Foundation's "From Equality to Action: Building an Equal Future" in New York, alongside UNFPA Global Champion Shudufhadzo Musida, moderated by Amber Mundinger.

What I carried onto that stage:

Think of yourself as an owner in every decision, every minute. That is what changes a mindset.

Goals are not enough. There must be accountability. There must be trust. There must be incentives, and there must be disincentives. A forcing mechanism.

I am one of the 6% of global CEOs who are women. I want to change that statistic before the world reviews the SDGs in 2030.

Women's issues must never be an afterthought again. We are up against thousands of years of bias, and the UN estimates 171 years to gender equality at the current pace. We can change the pace.

That is the work behind every role I hold: helping people own their ideas, their businesses, and their future.

My first London Design Festival, boyyy it did not disappoint!

Thank you to @l.acoustics.official and @l_d_f_official for the invite. An absolute whirlwind of a week, five days of sold out shows, full house @vamuseum panel + met some of the most brilliant minds whilst having my own broadened by leaps and bounds in all directions.

Swipe for frequencies, frivolities and moreee 🫰 including but not limited to a couple of excerpts of my Wapping 360 installation work ‘Lengua Desollada’ (flayed tongue)👅

On August 27th 2026 we celebrated the opening of our new space with the people who make what we do possible.
Friends, collaborators, clients, artists, musicians, sound engineers, partners and fellow creatives joined us to celebrate the opening of dasDUR: das Atelier.

The evening was brought to life by exclusive artists performances, the collaborators who have shared this journey with us, and everyone who came to raise a glass, listen, exchange ideas and celebrate this new chapter together.

Because a space like this is not defined only by its acoustics, technology or architecture.
It is defined by the people who fill it with sound, ideas and life.
Thanks to everyone who joined us for this very first celebration.
Welcome to Das Atelier.
The doors are open.

At the World Woman Cannes Agenda recently, Our Directors of Creative Engagement and CSR joined a conversation with @WorldWomanFund on the future of sound, music, and creativity in the age of AI. 🎶

As technology continues to reshape how we create and connect, one thing remains clear: meaningful experiences begin with human imagination and the power of sound.

This was one of my favourite shoots I’ve ever been a part of. Last year I had the chance to work with @l.acoustics.official on their @l.acoustics.artofsound print magazine, capturing their creative community in their natural habitat. To meet and photograph @delaurentis.music @thedenisoregan @boundless.studios_ @loiclegaillard was a dream shoot; one that reinforces the reality that this job is an utter privilege. All the love to @amundinger for having me onboard, and to @weirdhours for the shout. X

All shot on @leica_camera @leicauk - let’s chat
