Ecuador was truly magical and transformative in every way to hold space for a group of souls out of the country brought my heart so much joy. To watch how each person’s heart and body opened to the healing of nature and this beautiful land. Is truly a reflection of what happens when we experience nature that has been preserved and uninterrupted by humans.

Being away from all the titles and be with the healing spirit of nature (wind, water, earth and fire) to hike the mountains and walk along the river- the veins that hold the world to feel the sun rays and receive the codes. The intention was to listen to the whisper of our hearts. I believe we heard that whisper and also the whisper of nature for that I’m forever grateful. Watching people who start of as strangers and creat connections through vulnerability is truly something special. 4 students choose to stay a week because their souls need more time in nature. grateful for this practice and this group of souls, from the cooking staff to local tour guides to the farmers to all the people who had a hand in preserving this land so we could receive from it.

We are not above nature we are a part of it and we must maintain balance between life and nature. Ecuador has my heart and I can’t wait to take another group to this magical place!
