Another show in the books! 🙌🙌

"The Winds Beyond Chang'an" 《風越長安》is a story written by my co-playwright, @ada_dajieda , about a young noblewoman rejecting societal norms and embarking on a journey of self-discovery. Both original choreography and restaged pieces were utilized to bring this story to life, which required lots of research, sourcing/cutting music, and discussions about the smallest of details. Also new this year was the use of a backdrop projector as well as an insane amount of props! As always, thank you to all the teachers, volunteers, dancers, parents, and sponsors for their hard work in making this production possible. It was a beautiful show and we got so much positive feedback! Special thanks to Ada for always being there during the yearlong process, whether it's just to bounce ideas off of each other or to rant about our frustrations. Also thanks and congratulations to Mabelle for bringing our main character to life so wonderfully despite having to attend tons of extra rehearsals during the busiest time of your high school life 🥰🌹👏🏻

PS - What's happening in the last pic?! (Wrong answers only 🤪)
