Apparently this is what training me is like 😭😂 The lost count, the eye rolls, the “those don’t count?!”… Amya studied the role a little too well. @amya.jw

In 2022, I lost someone I love—and I lost myself for a while too. Grief showed up in ways I didn’t expect, including gaining weight and feeling disconnected from who I was.

At some point, I decided I wanted to heal the healthy way. I told myself to “chase the happy”—to intentionally do the things that make me feel like me again.

For me, that meant taking care of my body, not just to lose the weight, but to rebuild my mind and my peace.

I’ve come a long way… and I’m still going. 🤍
