Meet our next senior Amya Deans. Amya has been cheering since she was 9 years old. She started dancing in 2022 and joined the dance team in 2022. Amya plans on going into real estate after high school.
“Through my 4 years at Wakefield i have enjoyed a lot but out of it all dance team had to be my favorite thing. Dance team has built lifetime friendships and family that grow and support each other through it all. We have sat through hours of practices learning and critiquing and laughing together with a coach who creates out of love and passion and encourages us succeed and have fun. Dance team has created another family in my life and i’m so grateful for it team.” -Amya Deans
