We LOVE supporting our local community. These beautiful sunflowers were just picked today from the @belgrade_ffa farm. If sunflowers are your jam, hurry in because they won’t last. 🌻

adding “purveyor of nice 🍑” to my resume

Pure Barre has been a love story for me since my first class in 2013. I was in college and some of my spirit squad teammates had become instructors, so I had to try it out! I was instantly obsessed, and got a front desk job at the Bozeman studio (swipe for my first day of work selfie). I instantly fell in love. It wasn’t just the workout, it was more than that. I got to be a part of a team of truly amazing women, and I was blessed to spend my weekend mornings with clients who truly inspired me.

I am so excited to be bringing Pure Barre to Cape Coral! Gratitude doesn’t begin to cover it. every barre-babe tagged here was + continues to be an inspiration for me and I am thankful for you all!

Cheers + let’s LTB together! ❤️

Wow — what an incredible night at the very first Ladies Who Lead ✨

We’re beyond grateful to everyone who showed up to support, inspire, connect, and empower one another. The energy in the room was unforgettable, and it’s clear this is only the beginning.

Of course all of this wouldn’t have been possible without the amazing @amybdarr, @pipermeuwissen, @emily.elizabeth_hahn, @amandastewartmusic, and @alexatortora.

The biggest question of the night? “When’s the next one?” 👏

So stay tuned for the next Ladies Who Lead. Is there a woman you’d love to see featured? Tag her below ⬇️ and keep watching for what’s next!

Until then, thank you! - @madventuresofagirl
