Celebrating @kjo4.0 at 42. So much to be proud of in the past year; how far I have come; all I have endured; was ready for a break! Healthy, strong, accomplished, fun AF! What better way to celebrate than to pack all the best activities into a single weekend with so many wonderful friends?!?

Turbo Kickers places 2nd with a single run in kickball 🤣 for the KC Folk Fest @kcfolkfest

Open Studios
@charlottestreetfoundation

My favorite @kcfaa Friends of Alvin Ailey performance and gala / dance event

Yoga at the Nelson (the group event got canceled, but a random guy joined me and so I led us in a flow)

And KC Bookies gathering @tarynglide’s new patio furniture grand reveal with stellar turnout and fantastic discussion

Ellery made me a birthday throne! Feeling loved, valued, and held by all my wonderful people @annenj_09 and Ori stopped fighting long enough to sing along, too!

It took me days to commit to going out to Funkytown! I’m 1000% positive I made @kcshazam go nuts! I mean I saw it happen 😂 (love you).

The truth is I’m generally not a clubber, I don’t miss bar hopping and I LOVE to be at home! But damn, I’m so glad I got my sh*t together and I went out. It was THE BEST way to kick off the bday celebrations. @amyblack15 thank you so so much for the invite. I hope there is more of this in our future!

Those sequins pants were made for Funkytown!!

How it started vs How’s it going. 😍

To say I’m beyond amazed to see where we are vs where we came from (there’s even one more location before the first picture😬) is an understatement!

To have members of the CORESTRONG Fam stick with us from location #1 to our current location #5 spanning over 11 years has been amazing!!

Thank you to all of the CORE Strong Family that have stuck with us to see this vision finally come into reality!! Without you believing in CORE Strong and helping to grow the fam this wouldn’t be possible without you!

I can’t not wait to see what happens over the next 11 years! 💪🏻🙌🏻

What do you want to see next? Let your imagination go wild!🤔

Here's to you, Seniors!
Just when I thought 2020 Seniors had the most unique year ever, 2021 brings even more challenges.
My heart hurts for you, and your loss of normalcy this senior year.
You are braver than you believe.
You are stronger than you seem.
You are smarter than you think.
You are more loved than you know!
