Miss Saigon is THE show that I grew up with. The original cast recording was on repeat for every road trip in our green 1996 Ford Windstar. My mom sang Kim, and my brothers and I sang every other role, Ellen included. I would belt “I Still Believe” like I was married to a Vietnam Vet, meanwhile I was 11 and thought vet was short for veterinarian.

Miss Saigon was the sign that the world was finally ready to let Asian actors shine.

And here I am, years later, blessed to be playing the Engineer. Blessed to be able to share this story. Blessed to be surrounded by a group of artists from all around the globe, whose passion, vision, and strength shine on stage and off.

Welcome to Dreamland indeed.
