When I woke up this morning I was not expecting that our families last best friend passed away gently in his sleep last night. He served our family well for 13 years. Was a protector for our kids and a best friend a man could ask for. You will be missed Ruger love you buddy!

Knee surgery done. Had a real eye opener. When the “nurse”asked how I was feeling post surgery this is the pose I hit her with… her response was “what am I looking at?…” it was a really humbling. 😂 Then I realized it wasn’t the nurse asking me. It was my wife… @amydamiani even more humbling! I know what I’m doing once I get back into the gym.

Felt I needed to make a video for all you dads who’ve sent me messages over the last few weeks. I know a lot of you asked “what my secret is to being a good dad.” Felt this was the best way to address all of yall at once. Because truth be told, I feel like I drop the ball and fail at being a good dad 1/2 the time. Still trying to figure out the dad thing myself. But what I do know is this is what my kids tell me they look forward to the most with me. And what really has left an impact on them! Hope it helps yall out.

🌲Mountain air, family time, and memories made🌲The guys braved the wind and got in a few days of fishing and got to golf, we made homemade pizzas, ice cream, and strawberry lemonade, found our new favorite coffee spot that’s just a short walk away, and spent every chance we could outside enjoying the cool weather and wildlife. See you again soon Pinetop! #grateful #pinetop #mountainsarecalling #oneweekoff #summerbreak

Back at it with Aspire Kids Sports Center for
🧡💚🌸Spring Jam🌸💚🧡
This setup for a gymnastics show was all about bringing the energy! Bright florals, playful colors, and a little sparkle to match the excitement and cute little leotards on the floor. From soft pinks and fresh greens to bold pops of orange with the perfect statement stars, every detail was designed to feel fun, festive, and full of life.
Loved creating something that felt just as lively and dynamic as the athletes it was celebrating 💫
@bgirltek and @aspirekids Thank you for letting me be a part of such a special event!

Celebrating a decade of strength and dreams with @dauntless_athletics 🎈✨
Watching my brother in law and sister build Dauntless Athletics into what it is today has been nothing short of incredible. A decade of dedication, passion, and life changing impact through their program and coaching staff—felt by every athlete who walks through their doors. 🤍
So proud of everything they’ve created! @coach_damiani @amydamiani
