SOLE- this class is one of my favs! Created this class to help release things I hold on to- this is a safe space to come get a great workout, learn how to use your breath in movement, and to put aside for an hour anything holding you back and keeping you from moving forward .. come sweat, breathe, and LET GO! ✨

✨ FOR ALL WOMEN ✨

This world already gives us enough pressure to get ahead, compare ourselves, compete, prove ourselves, and measure our worth against someone else’s….
The jealousy
-envy
-gossip
-judgment
-tearing down someone just to feel a little taller ourselves

💥Ladies… we are getting in our own way — and in the way of each other!

We’ve ALL been hurt by someone’s words, talked about, left out… made to feel like we weren’t enough
And.. if we’re being truthful, we’ve probably all had moments when we’ve done it to someone else…

So what if we tried something different?

✨ Compliment her
✨ Encourage her
✨ Celebrate her win
✨ Speak highly of her when she isn’t in the room AND when she IS in the room!
✨ Remind her who she is when she forgets

BodyByJo strives to be a safe place for all women to come workout, get healthier, socialize with other encouraging women, and just have a place where SHE FEELS ENOUGH!!!
