Friday Glams ✨

Was a pleasure to have Amy back in my chair for a bit of makeup magic 👩🏼‍🎨
Gold eyes with a full fluffy lash paired with a full glam face. We decided to keep the lip more natural to keep the focus on the eyes 🪩

💫 Maybe you agree with this... maybe you don't. 💫

But I do believe the stories we tell ourselves influence the decisions we make....

When I stopped telling myself, "This is just how life is," I started making different choices. Those choices didn't change everything overnight but they did take me in a different direction....

Has changing the way you think ever changed the direction of your life? 💙

Iv cracked it!!! 🙌🙌🙌🙌

After 20 years of having series of talking therapy, learning CBT, taking 4 different anti depressants downloading and paying for unused, forgotten apps that promised to solve my struggles, I decided to give Unconscious Mind Therapy a go with the amazing Amy Fleckney. Her personal story alone is inspiring and the minute I opened up I felt heard, completely understood but most of all hopeful. Hopeful that my future didn’t need to look like my past or my present and that it was totally in my hands to make it want I want. I was no longer a victim of circumstance or my own destructive thought patterns and processes. Since my session with Amy I made a promise to myself that I was ready to commit to making a change rather than relying on a different pill. Amy helped keep me accountable and I felt that she was my crutch if I wobbled. I am so much more in control and mindful of what I think how I can impact my life and relationships and will forever have a tool box to keep me from spiralling Down a negative self sabbatoging, life wasting path. The neuroscience behind it makes so much sense and is such an easy practice to adopt. If you are fed up of feeling fed up then please try UMT. Amy is such a compassionate and empowering person and is determined to open people’s minds and hearts to the amazing possible ✨

💙A week ago today I watched my best friend turn 40 AND have a beautiful hand tying ceremony to the love of her life.
-
💙This first photo captures the dress reveal and me bursting with pride and love for @amyfleckneymedium
The lady I met as a client who turned into the person, who helped me see the real me, who accepted me for me, who I know I can call in the middle of the night for help, who I text when life kicks me in the stomach, the one I trust to share my true thoughts and holds me without judgement, the who wants me to rise and who will be there at the top waiting for me!
-
💙The 26.1.2026 was the most magical day full of love, a dream, a vision that unfolded exactly as it had been dreamt.
-
💙Not just friends but family. @amyfleckneymedium thank you for letting me share this beautiful day, so proud of all you have become and are still to become.
Here is to the next chapter mate!

💙Love you!
