From fancy hats to barefoot salsa dancing in the dust - and perpetually in a #heatwave🔥 (hence my first ever UK beach experience…); great art, theatre, dinners and friends. Snippets of some of the wonderful people and places this UK summer.

Still high from being showered at my baby blessing yesterday. I can’t thank my two sistars @lubavitti & @irinavoronina enough who have stood by my side over the last 20+ years for hosting such a beautiful, magical and memorable time in my life.🥹❤️Thank you to all my sistars who were able to come celebrate. Group shot coming soon with all the goddesses. Can’t wait to see it!😍

Why red? Red embodies fertility, love, vitality, strength, bravery, divine power and connecting to the life force and the continuation of life. ⭕️ The tradition of women wearing red traverses diverse cultures and epochs in ancient times.⛺️Honoring the time when women would retreat during their menstrual periods and childbirth. A place of women’s solidarity, support, and storytelling of female empowerment, sistarhood, motherhood, and spirituality. ♥️

▪️Jack Knife

Day 19 of #marchmatness is the #jackknife

Super core control 🔥

After a dynamic roll over and lift with the legs, press your arms into the mat, squeeze your inner thighs and resist gravity by engaging your core as you try to keep your feet reaching for the sky, articulating the spine one vertebrae at a time back down to the mat.

▪️Spine Twist

Day 18 of #marchmatness is the #spinetwist

Mobilise the thoracic spine, engage the core to stabilise the pelvis and lengthen out of the lower back.

If hamstrings are tight, bend the knees a touch, but keep the heels side by side when twisting.

Quick throwback to LA harbour ⛵️
