2024 / some words from Charlene x

2024 was a big year for us! from debuting the CL Reworked range on the runway, to the ‘visiting’ pop-up, hosting my first panel discussion, first sewing workshop, & working with so many beautiful creatives—it’s been a year of many firsts, collaborations & growth—not just as a platform but as a community ❥・

personally, navigating tennis elbow all year (among a few other health curveballs) has forced me to step back from my day job and also made it super tough to keep up with Chev Lane. that said, it’s opened me up to some of the best collabs & reminded me how amazing our community is when it comes to stepping in n lending a hand <3 sooo grateful for all of the ppl that have showed up & helped along the way

Big love to:
⚝┆ Intern / Designer @amyjohnson___ for supporting events, assisting with socials & helping further develop Chev Lane Reworked range at the beginning of the year

⚝┆ Besty Carly (@tul.lio) for having me on her panel discussion for the launch of @toile_club, for being a sewing hand for the PS runway (Chev Lane Reworked’s debut!), & for being part of the Visiting event lineup—bringing both her fashion & dj’ing skillz

⚝┆ Kat from @practice.studio for bringing together an amazing group of independent designers for a runway, with @brayden.h and @sapphosophia modelling CL Reworked so beautifully

⚝┆ @natureofmercury who was a key collaborator for the Visiting Popup & exhibition + everyone who made the event a success—37 incredible designers & makers

⚝┆ @ralph_alfa for the support & use of @echoandbounce_ and to the lovely crew for being so accommodating

⚝┆ @joshy.bloom for their constant love & support over the year, helping with events, carrying bricks up + down stairs 💀 & listening to my whinge

⚝┆ everyone who donated to our Palestine fundraiser raffle prizes or donated money to help us raise a mega $2865 towards @thepcrf !

⚝┆ lastly to everyone who helped on photo shoots, pop-ups, & community events

there’s many others I could mention, but you know who you are. thank u for a wonderful year ⊹₊⋆

Hello beautiful sexy people! Just popping on to let you all know that I will be moving to Amsterdam in January, until September next year which means I will take a break from making for Baby Teeth 🥲🥲 (some stock still available at @chev.lane!).

However!!! If you would like a baby tee before I leave I can make that happen ✨✨. If you can get me a shirt (preferably an old or 2nd hand one that we can give a second life) before the 23rd December, I am more than happy to Baby Teethify it. It will cost $50 and we can either organise a pick up or mail it (approx $10 shipping). DM me if you’re interested! Here’s a few upcycled baby teeth pieces for inspiration xx
