Raise your hands up for this girl ~ this is Amy. She is living proof that this is about self improvement one day at a time, one step at a time! Way to go Amy🙌 Here is a piece of her story. I'm going to walk through how I started my fitness journey!! Before I started I was that girl that hated working out especially at the gym and have people stare. I just didn't have the confidence like I should working out at the gym. I knew I had to make a change with fitness. Back in 2014, I found out I was pregnant with Aubrey I then had her in April of 2015. What a blessing from God she is. I then decided to go all in with fitness through Beachbody and signed up!! I started that night already and did 21 day fix. Being with Beachbody these past years I have done several programs already from 21 day fix, cize, transform 20, barre blend, 10 Rounds, shaun week- just list a few I have done. Last year Morning Meltdown 100 launched and when I finished the program I lost around 25 pounds from doing 100 workouts. I'm currently doing Muscle burns fat round 2 and absolutely love it. I may not work out every day but still moving forward and not backwards with my fitness. What a great accomplishment!!🎉🎉🎉 I was that girl that hated working out especially at the gym and have people stare. I now don't have to worry about that as I can work out in my own living room and can work any time that works for me. I absolutely love working out and how much better I feel about myself. Not only doing this for myself but also for Aubrey as well. This journey keeps getting better not only have I gained confidence in myself but also have become a coach for Beachbody have several girls under me, on an amazing team, have gained friends from this, and so much more. If I can do it so can you!! :) Moral of Amy’s story....”it’s not always easy, but it’s worth it” #progress #onestepatatime #lifestyle #insideout #beyou #yesyoucan

Let’s shout this girl out.... @amylynn2009 she could have given up, she could have given into all the Covid excuses...but she didn’t! Meet Amy ~ The 2019 picture came up on my Timehop so I decided to take a new picture before my workout. As I compared the two I'm shocked on how difference the two are. I definitely can't believe that the 2019 is on how I looked definitely not proud of that picture but decided enough was enough and made a change for my health and fitness. Working out into my morning routine is definitely paying off and what is good about that is that I can jump on Zoom with other ladies that are also passion about fitness just like me. I never thought I would find something close to my heart like working out with Beachbody. It is so amazing on how I have been feeling compared to last year. I used to be that girl who had zero energy but then Beachbody came into played and changed that and I'm so glad it came into my life when it did. I still have a ways to go but I'm feeling amazing. I'm not a quitter I'm a fighter and will fight to the end till I get the results I want. Ahhh....she is amazing 😉
