IS TAYLOR SWIFT A GOOD ROLE MODEL?

WAIT. HOLD UP... WHAT?

Why are we even questioning this?

Recently in an article for @newsweek writer Jim Mac Ghlionn wrote an Op Ed titled “Taylor Swift Is Not a Good Role Model | Opinion”

On any other day, this wouldn’t have gotten our attention, but the media firestorm was swift (no pun intended) and so we got curious and read the article. In it the writer went on to say in short that a 30 something single woman with no kids and lots of money is a bad role model. And let’s just say we had thoughts. In this episode we speak with Amy McDonald, a DIrector of Real Estate and content creator living in Brooklyn NY. Full disclosure, we go all over the place in this episode and there is a frenetic energy but click bait will do that to you from time to time.

Lucky episode 13 drops tomorrow and believe it or not, it was not on our bucket list for this episode to be about Taylor Swift - here we are and with her lucky number and everything.

We confess, it was the click bait that got us and then we realized, it wasn’t just us. We got a DM from a friend of a friend and started chatting....BOOM - episode 13 was born

In this episode, we are joined by; Amy McDonald, a Director of Real Estate living in Brooklyn who also happens to be a content creator who talks all things politics and history on a series called “The Shit I Didn’t Know About American History.”

Check it out tomorrow and join the conversation.

Oh what a night!
It’s been a few weeks & I’m still relishing the final days of summer while smiling remembering sailing with this crew. Celebrating another trip around the sun by sailing the NY Harbor on the beautiful, historic Shearwater with @manhattanbysail
Grateful for my friends & clients who joined in! Missing a few that couldn’t make it.

There was so much laughter on this boat I hated to cover it by selecting music to accompany it. But pretty sure you can see the laughter on everyone’s faces.
