The end of an era. I’m so incredibly lucky to have worked at 21c Mary Eddys. Nothing can summarize my gratitude towards the wonderful people who’ve become my family over the past 2 years. I’ve learned so much and I’ve grown so much more. It is truly bittersweet. However I’m so excited to begin my new adventure at Nonesuch! I’m proud to be a penguin, peace family I’ll see y’all around! ✌🏻💕

Halito hvchi!
for those of you in Southern WA/PDX/Oregon area, here is a the poster that you can use to out reach to other choctaw folks in your area whom you may know.
Additionally, folks in your area created a FB group so that you all can set up gatherings in your area. Here is a link to it: https://www.facebook.com/groups/pdxchahta/

If you know choctaw folks in your area who aren't on Facebook, let them know that they can be noticed of local choctaw events via the pnwchahta@gmail.com email. Tell them to email that email address and also indicate in the email that the are from the PDX/Oregon/Southern WA area and would like to be added to that email list to be notified of events in that area.
Furthermore, if there are folks who are interested in hosting a gathering there or would like to be the point person for that area, please let me know. Being the point person isn't hard and currently takes minimal time a month to fulfill that position - but is MUCH needed.
