What if you gave yourself just ONE minute?

This month’s 1-minute movement:
CALF RAISES. 👣

Stand tall.
Hold onto something if you need to.
Rise up onto your toes…lower back down…repeat.

That’s it.

You’re strengthening your calves, ankles and balance while getting your body moving.

And here’s the bigger point:

One minute feels too small to matter…until you do it every day.

I’m doing 1 minute of movement every day in October and I want you to join me.

No perfect workout required.
No gym required.
No hour of your day required.

Just ONE MINUTE.

Who’s in? 👇

Who wants to do something SMALL with me every day in October? 🙋🏼‍♀️

The challenge: 1 minute of calf raises every day. That’s it!

They may seem simple, but calf raises help strengthen our calves and ankles, support balance and stability, and build the lower-body strength we need for everyday life.

And you know me… I’m always thinking about that 80-year-old version of myself. 😉💪🏼

Day 1 is happening right here in the camper because NO perfect time or place is required. 😂

Just one minute. One small promise to yourself. One more step. ❤️

Who’s IN for October?

Do your minute, post it to your story and TAG ME so I can cheer you on! 🙌🏼

Movement is more fun together with some accountability!

In October let’s do some calf raises. What I love about these is how you can really do them anywhere.
In line at the store, while brushing your teeth, standing on the sidelines cheering. No equipment needed!

Try up some of these variations and tag me when you do your daily movement!

After 10 years in skincare, I still love a good routine but these days I’m all about simplifying it. ✨

Less clutter on my sink, fewer steps to follow and the most importantly, taking the approach of beauty from the inside AND out.

What I used before served me well for a lot of years. But I’m excited to embrace this next chapter with bioactive peptides and a routine that feels really aligned with where I am now.

Anyone else ready for fewer products on the bathroom counter? 😂

Comment BEAUTY and I’ll send you more info on my cell signaling peptide beauty routine. 🌺

✨ 24 Karat Gold ✨

I think we can all agree… choosing a dress for this night was NOT an easy decision. 😂👗

But honestly, the dress was just one little part of why I said yes to this experience.

I said yes because of the people.
I said yes because of the community.
I said yes because of the opportunities.
I said yes because somewhere along the way, this became so much bigger than I ever expected.

And last night, getting dressed up, walking into a room surrounded by people who believe in each other, celebrate each other, and are building something together… I had one of those “wow, look what saying yes can do” moments. ✨

The dress was fun. The memories will be even better. 🤍

So thankful I said yes. 🥂✨

And now I want to know… what could saying yes to a new opportunity do for you? If you’ve been curious about the business, wondering what’s possible, or feeling like you’re ready for something more, send me a message or comment “MAKE”. I’d love to share what this opportunity has made possible for me. 👇🏼❤️ #becomingher #sayyes #makewellness #communityovercompetition #buildingmybrand

These girls were such good sports with me and my 1 minute air squat challenge for every day in September.
When you set a goal, but life keeps happening, you find a way to still keep promises you made to yourself!
Traveling to DC and already walking many miles a day, so what, recruit people to help you meet that goal!
Did you know you are more likely to hit your goals when you write them down and when you share them with others?
You better believe that these girls will be checking in with me to make sure I complete this challenge!
Don’t let excuses get in your way!
Set the goal and do it. I believe in you!!

I’m done being afraid to say how much I freaking LOVE this. 🔥

MAKE has given me products I genuinely love.
It’s given me an opportunity to grow.
And most importantly, it’s given me a damn good community of people who GET IT. 🤍

I’ll keep screaming about it from the rooftops because I refuse to play small just to make other people comfortable.

And maybe you’ve been watching from the sidelines thinking…

“Could I actually do this?”
“What would people think?”
“Is this really for me?”

Girl… you’ll never know if you never take the chance.

So I’ll ask you one more time:

What’s REALLY stopping you from saying yes to yourself? 👀🔥
