Previewing the future of wellness! My sister and I had an awesome time checking out the new @redlightmethod.okcnicholshills in Casady Square—they’ll be featured in @405mag soon! I’ll admit, I hadn’t seriously looked into Red Light Therapy before, but it’s a total game-changer for self-care. This therapy is fantastic for reducing inflammation and boosting collagen production for skin rejuvenation. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and kind, and I was genuinely blown away by how great I felt the very next day! If you’re focusing on your wellness journey, you need to try this. ❤️

Bid day! Every year I say I’m not going and somehow found my way there once again! It was a hot one but so sweet to celebrate with old friends and their daughters! Made me very nostalgic for some of the best years of my life! May everyone sleep better tonight! Rush is hard… on everyone!
