Music, to me, has always been about progression, about something constantly moving and evolving, which is why I was always drawn to vocals, the shifts, the hooks and the bridges. But techno felt like the opposite, just a loop repeating itself, until I stopped just hearing it and actually started listening while shooting and somewhere in that repetition I found a different kind of progression, something slower, more immersive, almost hypnotic, the kind that pulls you in without you realizing it and that’s where it clicked for me, and that’s why this matters, because this was Sensory Overload, artists from Hyderabad who are still building, still finding their space, in a scene that people say is dead, but sounds like this prove otherwise, and this is exactly the kind of sound people need to start paying attention to, because it’s real, it’s raw, and it’s happening whether you’re looking for it or not.

💪 Nov 29, 2025 — Day 25 of “Getting My Shit Together”

Back in Hyderabad and slipping right back into the routine — not a perfect day, but a disciplined one.

😴 Slept 5 hrs 🆗
🏃‍♂️ 5K easy run ✅
🥗 Ate healthy ❌
🏋️ Gym session ✅
📓 Journaled the day ✅
💻 Skill development ❌

Back from the Tirupati trip, and today wasn’t my most locked-in day… but I’m not giving up.
Just picking small wins and keeping the momentum alive.
Everyday discipline > occasional perfection 🔒
