GIVEAWAY ✨ celebrating 1 year of Yasmine’s Express

Some meals are quick. Others you slow down for.

There’s something about Yasmine’s Express that feels both vibrant and comforting… warm spices, fresh ingredients, and those small details (like perfectly crisp cauliflower and generous shavings of parmesan) that make it all feel like a small celebration in itself.

To mark their first birthday, we’re giving you a reason to experience both sides of Yasmine’s. Something quick, and something to linger over.

Win:
$50 to Yasmine’s + $50 to Yasmine’s Express

To enter:
– Follow @yasminesrestaurant + @yasmines.express + @ana.inthewild
– Tag someone you’d celebrate with (each tag = another entry)

Giveaway ends Friday, winner will be contacted by DM.

Come celebrate with us ✨

For amazing Iraqi food you must try @londonpalacegrill ! We had the family mixed platter so we got to try a lot of the menu items in one go. Everything was extremely flavourful and cooked to perfection. The toum was the perfect amount of pungent garlic flavour without being over powering. The hummus was so smooth it was literally like butter. Don’t skip out on the manakeesh with zaatar, the manakeesh was fluffy and freshly baked and you can tell that they used high quality zaatar. Unfortunately, they didn’t have their babaganoush when I went so I’ll be sure to g9 back to try it out.

What do you guys think? Worthy of being called the best in the city?

If you’re looking for grounded fully present wellness, you’re in the right place.

This is the kind of care I share here: not about escape, but about staying connected to ourselves and each other. When you’re connected mind, body, emotion and spirit you’re extremely powerful.

When the world feels overwhelming and hard things are happening everywhere, practices like movement, breathwork, and skincare help keep us regulated, present, and sane.

We take care of ourselves so we don’t go numb.
So we can keep our energy, stay engaged, and show up for the collective instead of burning out.

✨ Wellness here is communal, not performative.

What’s one wellness practice that helps you feel grounded when things feel heavy? Someone here might need it today 🤍
