revenge magazine - issue 3: Past Presence: Gen-Z and the Rise of Mental Health Struggles

As a member of my generation, l’ve noticed a troubling correlation between the mental health struggles we face and the circumstances in which we find ourselves. Social media, for instance, exposes us to negative body images and hookup culture from an early age.
Meanwhile, our society’s relentless pursuit of profit has led to pharmaceutical companies profiting off our misery. While medication can be a helpful tool, it shouldn’t be our immediate response to mental health struggles. We need to consider other options, consult with professionals, and find long-term solutions. I’ve started a magazine to explore these questions and offer a platform for other Gen-Z voices to be heard in Revenge Magazine’s:
