My prayer life has two volumes: “Thank You, Jesus” and “LORD, SEND HELP!” 😂

I wish I could tell you every prayer is a deep, peaceful conversation… but sometimes it’s just “JESUSSSSS!” 😭😂

Between motherhood, marriage, and these hormones, the Lord hears from me ALL day.

Some prayers have beautiful words. Others are a deep sigh and “Lord, You already know.” Grateful He hears both. 🙌🏽

What’s your most-used prayer lately? Mine is “Lord, give me patience… and please hurry.” 😂👇

We remember everyone’s appointments… but keep postponing our own. 💗 Ladies, this is your reminder: your health deserves a spot on the calendar, too.

My recent visit to @orlandohealth was such a positive experience. The staff were friendly, courteous, and welcoming, and I truly appreciated their kindness.

Talk with your healthcare provider about your breast screening schedule—and get any new breast changes checked.

💕 Save this reminder and share it with a woman you love. If you’re due, make that appointment!
