Time to reintroduce our beautiful team, although some of them may not need much of an introduction, but it feels so special to share a little more about the hearts behind Prana.

Meet Jana & Ana Devi 💛

These two have been with me since day one... actually, before Prana even existed.

We met through Jana’s Kundalini classes, and before Prana was even a real thing, before the space, the name, the vision fully came to life, they were already there. Supporting, believing, and walking alongside me while my mind and heart were dreaming up what Prana could become, in fact they thought I was a bit nuts.

✨ Ana Devi, our Hatha Girl, is an experienced teacher with over 15 years of practice and a deep knowledge of yogic philosophy, anatomy, meditation, and traditional practices. Her classes beautifully weave purification techniques, pranayama, mudras, and yogic wisdom to support health, awareness, and a deeper inner connection.

✨ Jana Heiss, our soulful teacher, is rooted in Hatha and deeply inspired by Kundalini Yoga. Her classes focus on awakening energy, cultivating mindfulness, and creating space for inner awareness. With a gentle yet powerful approach, she guides students to connect with body, breath, and mind.

More than teachers, they are dear friends, part of the family, and such a big part of the soul of Prana.

We are so lucky to have them 💫

To all the mums raising their children far away from home, navigating motherhood without the support system they once knew, creating comfort, love, and belonging from scratch —this Mother’s Day is for you too. 🤍

For the mums carrying so much quietly.
For the ones learning to be strong in a new country while still trying to feel at home themselves.
For the ones missing grandparents, lifelong friends, familiar voices, and the little help that once felt so normal.

Motherhood already passes by too quickly.
But somehow, living abroad makes time feel even more fragile.

One day they are tiny in your arms,
asking to be carried everywhere.
And before you realize it, those ordinary little moments become the memories you hold onto forever.

The bedtime cuddles.
The messy breakfasts.
The beach afternoons.
The little hands reaching for yours.
These are the moments that matter.

Whether you’ve already been part of the AMARU story or not yet, I hope you remember to pause sometimes and see the beauty in what you are building.

Because in the end, what remains are the memories. ✨

Happy Mother’s Day.

With love,
AMARU

Every teacher, a different experience.
Every class, something new.

I’ve got to say, I’m beyond happy and so grateful for this team.

Each one brings something completely unique to the space. Different styles, different energies, different ways of guiding… and yet, every single class carries a special touch you can feel.

Thank you all for being part of it!
with love - Ana B

I know it's not ideal, but I confess that when I have so many amazing projects to focus on, I disappear from here. 🙈

These two beautiful sessions were some of the ones I recorded last week. If you checked the amount of content on my phone, but not here, you would laugh.

Anyway, I am super grateful that even when not super present here, beautiful people are still connecting with me and my work and trusting that I can help them to bring their voice through images. 🗣

If you feel like you want pictures aligned with who you are so they connect you with your people, reach out. It's an honour to dive into every dream of yours and make them mine too. 😍✨️ I'm one message away!

* A warming herbal tea ritual to nourish your body and invite presence.
* An introduction to Sankalpa, a Hatha Yoga practice that supports meaningful intention setting, mental clarity, and inner transformation.
* Guided reflection exercises to connect with your intuition and gain insight into what truly matters in your life.

This is an invitation to pause, realign, and step forward with clarity and purpose.
