Celebrating my birthday by moving this body that’s been with me, rocked with me, grown life in me and danced with me for ✨34✨ years. Feeling SO thankful:
For family, new + beautiful friends and the BEST daughter in the world. Oh and my husband making the best low carb icecream cake ever. 🥹🫶😩✨

READY for the doors to keep opening + dreams I thought were behind me to keep hitting me in the face and showing me IM STILL HERE and they’re still possible. 😩✨

Thank you for making me feel like “I still got ittt” on my birthday, @bombshelldancepro @anagallodance ✨ and you bettaaaa with this choreo @rachel_hayes03 🫶🫶🫶 love you hotties!

August slipped away into a moment in time 🌬️💛

It started with one class. 🖤

One room. One community. One idea that women deserved a place to dance, take up space, feel sexy, feel powerful, and feel like themselves again.

And then… it grew.

New instructors. New cities. New Bombshell communities.

And this September, we’re looking for who’s next. 👀

If you’ve ever thought about teaching, building something of your own, or bringing Bombshell to the women in your city… this is your sign.

Bombshell Instructor Certification is officially OPEN. 💋

No, you don’t have to be the best dancer in the room.
You just have to be ready to learn, lead, and bring the magic.

Your city could be next.

💣 September 2026 Certification
💣 30-day self-paced program
💣 Become certified to teach Bombshell in your city
