BEACH VIBE SATURDAY

What rings in the weekend better than a beach oriented perfume at the beach. Bringing in the fun this Saturday with another classic.

@creedfragrance EROLFA is one of Creed's earlier releases that is still being kept on the production line for great reasons.

Now don't get me wrong this is no beast, but it is a fabulous refreshing perfume. Opening with a strong line up of citrus and a toning of melon, with a touch of aquatics. It's a perfect opening for a perfume that emulates being on the Mediterranean.

I love the way that these notes create the atmosphere of a cool sea breeze brushing the sweat on your neck. The cooling is freshened and spiced by ginger, quite notable and quite in your face, with a hint of nutmeg and a floral ensemble that suits the texture of a refreshing beach perfume.

The base is signature Creed, a musky, salty, woody chypre perfume that screams 'I AM CREED'. What stays after it dries down is a manly, smooth refreshing aroma that is both aromatic and marine.

This is one that truly takes you sailing and invites you to take a splash somewhere, enjoying the heart while still maintaining your cool 😎.

Pour une Femme de Caron in a unique bottle that accurately represents the true sophistication, elegance, and mysticism of this perfume. The heart of the perfume is a rose enveloped in incense that makes it a bit mysterious. Woody notes and musk give it elegance, while amber gives it warmth.
A phenomenal and unfortunately little-known perfume. It was reformulated a long time ago, I highly doubt that the new version can come close to this elegant lady. A true masterpiece from the bottle to the perfume itself❤️🌹

February 3, Catania and the famous Saint Agatha ceremony, which is eagerly awaited by the residents. A little boy with his father attends this ceremony for the first time, the excitement is endless, he stuffs into his little pockets Ollivet and Toronne traditional sweets that are prepared specially for this day. Excitedly waiting for the doors of the Cathedral to open, he pushes himself in the first rows, he wants to be as close as possible to the events with his father. Visibly excited by the ceremony, he unknowingly eats the sweets he brought, the smell of incense, sweets, the ceremony itself, a huge number of people awaken deep emotions in him that he will remember for a long time.
Alessandria wanted to translate this experience, memory and emotions that accompanied it into a perfume. And he perfectly managed to convey the experience to us.
The perfume opens with a fantastic cool church incense, you will immediately recognize the hazelnut in the background. Honey, pistachio almonds are added slowly. Cool and dignified incense continues to lead the composition, only after a few hours it is slightly warmed by tonka and elemi balsam. Incense plays a key role here, not only as a representative of the spiritual but as a balance of all those sweet notes. Incense here represents not only the Catedral but a bright act, wisdom and devotion. Elemi balsam and tonka represent the depth and mystique of the ceremony itself, while sweet notes and almond fruit are the wishes of a little boy.
This is not a perfume, this is a story that takes you to a new olfactory experience.

A perfume that definitely reveals my character, or that's how I perceive it, I see myself in it in my own way.
Portrait of a Lady is definitely one of the most beautiful rose-themed perfumes, although I know that for many it is too much, for me it is perfect. I read the book back in high school, and there are elements with the main character.
The perfume opens with raspberry, blackcurrant and rose, and don't be fooled by this fruit and think for a moment that this is a fruity perfume, it is far from it.. The spices join in very quickly, the cinnamon and cloves warm the rose, but it stands out so gracefully. Incense gives a special mystery, depth, it captivates me the most here because at times it is cold on my skin, so distant, cold it gives a special charm and character, with rose and sandalwood and patchouli it actually forms the heart of the perfume. The rose is the main actor, sometimes cold, sometimes warm, distant, elegant, watching you with curious eyes and seeing how you will deal with her.
Oooo this perfume has a huge character, yes, a huge character and that's what lures me to it every time, that rose with huge dignity has quickly won a high place on my shelf.
An extremely complex perfume and a masterful work that stands out in the sea of other rose-themed perfumes. A rose that conquers And which I always admire.🌹❤️🌹❤️

Today on the trip I decided to bring Ormonde Jayne Woman. An exceptional woody perfume that suits me in all seasons. I am particularly impressed by the intertwining of Vetiver and Cedar accompanied by mild spicy notes. Although the title says woman, this is a true unisex perfume that men can enjoy as well👌

So let's go with some modern fougere perfumes, and here are my three favorites from this group.

The first, and believe me, this is the third bottle, and the fourth is coming soon, my favorite Casanova from Histoires de Parfum. Casanova definitely lived up to his name. A man, linen suit, Tuscany, slowly drinking wine, very casual, calm, with a charming smile, so it's no wonder he smells like 1725. Somehow you can't forget him or his smell.

Nicolai New York Intense is definitely Patricia's masterpiece. The combination of spices with incense and resin is so well combined here that it simply leaves you breathless. Fans of fougere perfume surely have it in their collection.

Unutamam Nishane is a unique combination of aromatic herbs and animal notes. Unusual, powerful, animalistic and unique. And how could it not be when it was made by Miguel Matos and if anyone knows how to combine the incompatible then it's him, this is his second creation that left me speechless, well done👌

What unites fougère perfumes, lavender, and in all three it is fantastically done. I love it when I smell a good fougere perfume on a man, and any of these three are a hit. Ladies, don't run away from fougere perfume because you may be pleasantly surprised😉

Imaginary Authors always amazes me with its originality. If you are looking for unique perfumes, you will definitely find them in this house.

Saint Julep won me over at the first sniff when I tried it a few years ago, and it almost became part of the collection.

The opening is fresh, mint and tangerine are fantastically seductive from the start, magnolia can be felt in the background, while the whiskey perfume keeps it buzy all the time, notes of sea water give the whole composition freshness.

Aquatic, buzzy, unusual, tangerine slightly sweetens the whole composition and that gives it a special charm. Fantastic for these hot summer days, I enjoy every moment it gives me.

Le Chevrefeulle by Annick Goutal is my faithful companion on hot summer days. It opens sharp, green, dominated by petit gren, which is visible all the time in the perfume, and together with the green notes, the composition gives freshness.
Chevrefeulle is accompanied by other white flowers, jasmine, narcissus and orange blossom, it stood out as a note only slightly from this white bouquet.
Green, fresh, floral Le Chevrefeulle is the right choice for summer days. Today I am enjoying this floral greenery👌👌👌
