✨Ode to the Ocean and all that it represents✨

Thank you Ocean for always keeping me humble. For reminding me how big and small I am at the same time. For showing me there is both beauty and strengh in stillness. For being the perfect symbol of humanity.

You remind me how we can be it all. We can be deep and shallow, stagnant and turbulent, fierce and welcoming, vulnerable and strong. You are it all, and you remind me we are all.

Thank you water for being the perfect representation of our inner dualities, of our emotions. For reminding us that some currents require our surrender, our trust.

Trust your feelings, allow them to surface, ride the waves of your emotions. Trust you must feel what comes up, trust yourself enough to feel every depth of yourself so you can come back to the surface more pure and cleansed than ever.

✨Teaching in Awareness✨

I recently understood that becoming a trascendental teacher is not about teaching from your awareness of yourself.

It’s more about teaching from a place of awareness of EVERYONE & EVERYTHING. Understanding that everyone is in their own path, body, emotion and experience; and so they need not to accomodate to you, but you to them.

I cannot teach a meaningful Yoga class or have a breakthrough Life Coaching Session or lead a transformational Meditation from my own experience alone. I need to come from a place of understanding & loving DIVERSITY.

Diversity of feelings, bodies, minds, race, and experiences. Finding the unity in all the diversity starts with awareness and compassion; not just for yourself but for the world around you✨

I promise to look at every single one of the souls that cross my path with the same love, awe and inspiration as I look at anything in nature. Because we are all magic, we are all our own.

✨Lost in my thoughts, looking for my path✨

For so long it felt like I was sleep walking through my life. My thoughts, fears, realizations, past, present and future: all screaming at me. It sort of felt as if I was walking, escaping, wandering and the best part of myself was on the other side. Waiting...

I was waiting for me to pay attention, to actually start listening to all that fear, all that pain, all that suffering. To listen to all the wants and needs from within.

Once I started noticing where I was fisically, mentally, spiritualy, professionally vs where I could be in all those aspects of myself ; it all started shifting. I started shifting. I started doing the work, being truthful to who I was so I could be truthful to who I wanted (still want) to be.

For me, the first step is always CONNECTING. Connecting to YOU, to your truth, to your emotions, to your wounds, to your capabilities. Only by connecting can I accept, only by accepting can I change. And only by changing can I evolve.

I no longer walk towards myself, I now walk with myself. I hold me, I love me, I guide me, I accept me, I AM ME.

✨My Yoga Experience✨

✨FULL MOON VIBEZ✨

I look at the moon and I see myself. I look within as the moon shines on my shadows and shows me the path towards the light, my light.

The moon calls on me to connect, to explore, to sit in awe and silence with myself. In my past, present and future forms.

A lot is said about OPENING UP to your feelings, about being vulnerable. But CLOSING IN is also a magical and needed part of our healing/evolving journey. If we don’t enclose ourselves and look within, how can we open up?

It’s a never ending OPENING & CLOSING cycle. If some days you just need to shut down and look within don’t be hard on yourself. There is strengh in allowing yourself to close for then you may bloom even more open and vulnerable.

Utilize this Full Moon energy to connect with yourself, to find what you are needing to work on or pay attention to. Use the moon’s energy to put intention into what you wish to manifest into this realm...

I am the moon, you are the moon, we are the moon. We are power, We are energy. We are endless💫 #newmooninleo

Mis creencias limitantes me gritaban y me hundían.
