Yesterday was one of those days that just filled my cup. 💛✨

We started with a beautiful meditation and sound bath, lovingly guided by @kendy_garcia24 . Thank you, Yamileth, for creating such a peaceful space for us to slow down, breathe, reset, and reconnect. 🧘‍♀️🎶✨

Then we came back to the house for delicious superfood smoothies, great conversations, lots of laughter, and beautiful connection. 🌿🥤

Wellness is so much more than what we eat… it’s also the people we surround ourselves with, the moments we create, and taking time to nourish our mind, body, and soul.

So grateful for days like this and for everyone who shared it with us. ❤️

Good energy. Good nutrition. Good people. That’s my kind of Saturday.

Wellness isn’t one big decision. It’s the little things we choose to practice every day. 🌿
Purium has become one part of that routine, alongside the meals I make and the movement I enjoy.

I’m not here to tell anyone there’s one perfect way to be healthy. I’m here to share what I’m learning, what I’m trying, and what fits into my life.

If you’re also working on building healthier habits, we’re learning together. 💚

The transformation was never just physical. 🌿

It was learning to listen to my body, finding peace within myself, rebuilding my strength, and discovering how good it feels to move, nourish myself, and enjoy life again.

Through fitness, mobility, nutrition, and getting outside, I’ve learned that taking care of yourself is about so much more than how you look.

I’m still growing, still learning, and still becoming.

This is what transforming from the inside out looks like for me. 🤍

Morning rush!! Because not every morning is plan how you want to be. lol Walked out excited for my shake and my battery died. 😅 luckily it’s the same charger as my phone. I was able shake it up and drinking while I was in this LA traffic. ☺️ #shakeonthego #phpdaily2026 #phplive2026 #healthylifestyle #liquidsunshine

☀️ This is what working from home looks like for me. 💻🌱

Laptop open, building my business, and sipping my Liquid Sunshine while I work.

I love that I don’t have to choose between taking care of myself and building something for my future. Wellness and business can be part of the same lifestyle. ✨

Curious about what I’m drinking or what I’m working on? 👀
