The WestCoast Rebels Passing League is built to develop complete football players through two specialized formats: 7v7 and 5v5. Each format focuses on position-specific skill development in a competitive and safe environment. 7v7 is designed for offensive and defensive skill positions. Players develop route running, coverage, timing, communication, and football IQ while competing without full contact, allowing athletes to grow and improve without the physical toll of tackle football. 5v5 is built specifically for offensive and defensive linemen. This format allows linemen to focus on leverage, hand placement, footwork, and strength in a true physical contest designed to perfect their unique and essential skill set in the trenches. Together, 7v7 and 5v5 create a complete development system — preparing players for the upcoming season while sharpening skills, confidence, and football fundamentals.
