Пані Арета душа компанії, ми сміялись, танцювали, спілкувалися, пили шампанське 🥂 вона для мене не тільки бабуся але й подруга!☺️ Я мріяла організувати таке день народження, у французькому стилі, з усіма деталями, запросити усіх подруг, бабусю, і я дуже рада що мені це вдалось і бабусі дуже сподобалось!)
І до речі, ви зауважили яка вона богиня, 0 фотошопу, в неї шикарна шкіра, фігура, вона аж сяє! Я обов'язково зроблю її невеличкий курс/гайд для вас, бо так виглядати в свої роки це неймовірно! Хотіли б?)

Since I couldn't go to Paris, Paris came to us! 🇫🇷😅
Girls only birthday parties is now my tradition 👩🏻‍🐰‍👩🏼 Grateful for my girls! I love women, it's the most beautiful thing that happened to this planned, I enjoy every minute I spend together with my beautiful women, the exchange of energy is insane! If I could bring all of you together, from all parts of the world one day, it'd be a huge party 🎈 Love you alllll!

A reminder of why it matters who we discuss our most important decisions with.

A good therapist’s role is different. Rather than telling you what decision to make, they help you understand your patterns, emotions, needs, boundaries, and motivations so you can arrive at a decision that is genuinely yours.

Sometimes support sounds like, “Here’s what I would do.”

Professional guidance sounds more like, “Let’s understand why you feel this way and what you truly want.”

There is a big difference between being advised and being guided toward your own clarity. 🤍
