This time we gather again to celebrate the birthday of 2 amazing humans @mushinamusic and @ricardo.munay - important pillars of Ecstatic Dance and sound movement. As always it would be 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐜, 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 ‘𝐢𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲’ 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞.

We will meet at Lisbon and we will dive into the Experience of Ecstatic Dance, Connection and Music. A place where you will be taken by the wave of Dance Experience, Sensorial Journey and your own sensations.

A place to reconnect with your friends, meet new interesting people and get to experience the art of amazing musicians, performers and singers. A place where the dance becomes the main language.

For me it is way to reconnect with the whole community, to experience how we nourish each other by being together and how we keep celebrating our life in any possible moment. I will also be bringing a special guided transmission (meditation) to the community.

So your cup will be filled with love and connection ♥️✨

After a nonstop summer of dancing, travelling, creating and sharing, it is time to gather the family to celebrate LIFE and everything we have lived along the way 😛

We meet in Lisbon, right in front of the river, at TEJÁ House a central, easily accessible meeting point - for this celebration, we will open all rooms and levels, creating an interconnected home for 250+ souls 🥳

We will have a full day program with Ecstatic Dance • Live Medicine Music • Movement n’ Ritual • Birthday Cake Explosion • Family Jam 🌟 Cosmic Market, Healing Zone, Cacao Bar and space to reconnect by the river 🌈

It's been a month since I said goodbye to Portugal, and I'm still integrating the closure of this important chapter as I begin my new life in Italy.

I feel gratitude for the paragliding flight over the coast that I was lucky enough to experience, and for the courage to say yes — totally unplanned. I simply passed by while walking in the forest with a friend, and the paragliding people were there, asking if I wanted to try.

I'm grateful for the lovely friends who hosted me, for everyone who came to celebrate and share one last sunset together (for now), songs and memories; for the music and vibes in Lisbon and all the warm feelings; for the packing in Fatima and special atmosphere at the sanctuary.

I took it all with me. And, as a friend said, what I'm taking with me most of all is the courage to say yes to life, to its unexpected turns, and to new adventures.

WATER PRAYER

Icaros Festival 2026 / Day 2

This year theme of @icaros.festival was water, what better way to honor it with a prayer ceremony next to the water 💧

Guided by @laurafrederico_ with me and @peppizen_g supporting, we sang together and set our intentions honoring the waters within and around.

This gave birth to the song of the video, written by @laurafrederico_ and musically arranged by me.

“I am water, I am flow,
Where love moves I will go

Water within, water around
May my true voice be gently found

Conheci a Catarina em fevereiro de 2025, durante a minha formação de Innerdance.

Há pessoas que carregam a magia não naquilo que fazem, mas na forma como existem no mundo.

A Catarina trabalha com o Tarot, com a intuição e com a escuta da alma. Mas, para mim, é sobretudo uma mulher que se permite ser inteira. Luz e sombra. Força e vulnerabilidade. Mistério e verdade.

Durante esta sessão, vi muito mais do que tatuagens, expressões ou poses. Vi uma mulher que transformou a sua história em arte, o seu corpo em mapa e a sua sensibilidade em caminho.

Talvez seja por isso que estas imagens me tocam tanto.

Porque há retratos que mostram um rosto.

E há retratos que revelam uma alma.
