Undeserving of His love!!!
Kansas City + Mizzou Alum

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

After 13 years, our sweet Bailey girl crossed the rainbow bridge today. We got her the day after we came home from our honeymoon and she’s been part of our family and so many of our memories ever since.

Bailey was truly the best dog. In 13 years, she only ever chewed up one shoe, even with the endless amounts of baby toys always on the ground. She never needed a fence because she always stayed close to home, standing at the door barking to be let in, or keeping watch over the house and only barking if someone (or those stinking deer) came too close.

She loved her people fiercely. She didn’t care much for other dogs, but her humans were everything to her. Chiefs game days were some of her favorites because all “her boys” would come over to watch the game and sneak her treats. Honestly, I think she believed they came just to see her.

She was endlessly patient and gentle with Emma. Never once a growl, never anything but kindness. She stayed close during meals hoping for dropped food, always ready to help clean up the kitchen floor.

Our home already feels quieter without her in it. We will miss her waiting at the door, following us around the kitchen, and being by our side through every season of life.

Thank you for loving us so well, Bailey. We were lucky to be yours.
