Grass-fed Beef Thyroid by @ancestralsupplements has been a total game changer for me. I plan to take this for the rest of my life—I truly swear by it.
Each capsule delivers whole grass-fed beef thyroid (30 mg) plus grass-fed beef liver (470 mg), giving you the full spectrum of thyroid glandular support along with vitamin A (to help activate T3), B12, folate, heme iron, and choline. Adding it to my daily routine (and adding to yours also, alongside your current thyroid medication) has supported my energy, metabolism, mood, and overall thyroid health in a way nothing else has. The proof is always in the labs and how you feel ! link in my bio 🔗 don’t forget to add TWINROOTS art check out for an additional 15% off !!

#ad Two girls, six years of breastfeeding, and a body that’s still replenishing. 🤱 Some experts say it can take up to 10 years for a mom’s body to fully bounce back, so I’m staying intentional about what I put in it. 💗

Ancestral Supplements FEM is part of my daily routine. It’s made to support women’s hormone health, energy, and collagen, and I’ve noticed my hair, nails, and skin looking strong and healthy. I feel like my 27 year old self, and not the extra 20 on top of that 👀 That’s just my experience. ✨

Will the kids know this is beef organ banana bread? Have we gone too far? 😆😂

They had no idea they were getting all those extra nutrients and protein and it’s HARD to hide them in our house 😆

UPDATE: they all ate both loaves in 2 days 👌🏼🤤

First time baking with @ancestralsupplements and it was a 10/10 ⭐️ 😍

This is the protein powder I keep coming back to — and it actually tastes good. ☕️
@ancestralsupplements Grass-Fed Ancestral Protein Powder in Mocha is 20g of clean protein per scoop from grass-fed bone broth, plus a full organ complex (liver, heart, kidney, pancreas & spleen) and regenerative mushrooms (reishi, chaga, cordyceps & lion’s mane).
It supports gut health, steady energy, and real nutrient density — with about 160mg of natural caffeine from green coffee bean so you get that mocha flavor + focus without the crash. No dairy, no fillers, no junk.
If you’ve been looking for a protein that actually feeds your body the way our ancestors ate, this is it.

Nourishing your body postpartum

Pregnancy, childbirth, and breastfeeding place significant nutritional demands on the body. Prioritizing nutrient-dense meals, adequate protein, healthy fats, minerals, and hydration can help support recovery and replenish nutritional stores.

While whole foods should be the foundation, certain supplements can help fill nutritional gaps, especially during a season when meeting your own needs isn’t always easy.

These are some of the products I personally recommend for supporting postpartum nutrition and recovery🫶🏻

LOOK TO NATURE FIRST. 🌿

With my clients, I always look to nourish from nature first. Before adding another pill, powder, or protocol, I look at what their body is receiving from real food.

I rarely use isolated synthetic supplements in my practice. I prioritize nutrient-dense foods and thoughtfully chosen food-based supplements.

Nature packages nutrients together. Organ meats are a powerful example:

• LIVER: Vitamin B12, vitamin A, folate, copper, iron, and choline.
• HEART: Protein, B vitamins, selenium, and naturally occurring CoQ10.
• KIDNEY: Vitamin B12, riboflavin, selenium, and protein.
• BONE: A mineral-rich structure built around a collagen matrix.
• BONE MARROW: Primarily fat, with a composition that differs from the surrounding bone.

These foods provide combinations of nutrients that support normal functions throughout the body—from energy metabolism and red blood cell formation to connective tissue maintenance.

Nutrients work in relationships. More isn’t automatically better. Too much supplemental zinc, for example, can interfere with copper absorption. The dose, form, and balance matter.

That’s why my starting point is nourishment. Whole foods provide multiple nutrients together, and food-based supplements offer a convenient way to incorporate organs you don’t regularly eat. The amounts depend on the product and serving size.

I personally use Ancestral Supplements Beef Liver, Beef Organs, and Bone and Marrow as part of my approach.
