\\ When French painter Jacques Majorelle visited Morocco, he was so captivated by the country’s vivid colors and distinctive forms that he went on to create the now- iconic Jardin Majorelle. The garden and the villa within it stand as a remarkable example of the synthesis that can emerge from the meeting of Western visual culture and Moroccan civilization. This inspiring idea served as the guiding thread for the Majorelle set, which aims to reinterpret the most characteristic ceramic objects of traditional Berber heritage— tagine, cups, and bowls—through the lens of contemporary visual aesthetics. 📷 @anch.or #papoila #papoiladesign #majorelle #majorellegarden #ceramic #morocco #travel #craftmanship #moroccanculture #tagine #design$
