A weekend well spent at the Family Vibes Baby Expo! I had such a wonderful weekend getting to meet so many new families, connect with other amazing providers, and spend time with people I’ve gotten to know through the Tampa Bay birth and postpartum community. It was so fun seeing so many incredible businesses and resources all in one place! And of course, I had to grab some photos with some of the people who made the weekend extra special! So happy I got to see you guys! 🥰 Thank you to everyone who stopped by the Thistle Family Chiropractic LLC booth, said hello, asked questions, entered the raffle, or just came by to hang out. It was so good to meet you! Already looking forward to next year. See you there! ❤️ #TampaBayMoms #TampaBayBirth #TampaBayPregnancy #TampaBayFamilies #TampaBaby

🤎 Q&A with Carmen Ramirez @ancientfuturemed "What are the most common reasons pregnant women seek acupuncture treatment?" Carmen’s answer highlights a common goal many expectant mothers share: preparing their bodies for labor and birth. 🤎 While every pregnancy journey is unique, many women seek acupuncture as they approach the final weeks of pregnancy to support their body's natural preparation for labor. The focus is often on helping the body function optimally, encouraging balance, and creating the best possible conditions for the birthing process. Some mothers also turn to acupuncture for support with common pregnancy discomforts, but as birth approaches, the conversation often shifts toward readiness, comfort, and supporting the body's natural processes. One of the most powerful reminders during pregnancy is that preparation for birth isn't just about a due date. It's about nurturing your body, building confidence, and creating space to enter labor feeling supported and empowered. At the heart of our community is the belief that mothers deserve access to a variety of supportive care options as they prepare for one of life's most transformative experiences. What helped you feel most prepared for labor and birth? Share your experience in the comments and help inspire other mothers on their journey. 🤎 #AcupunctureForPregnancy #BirthPreparation #PregnancyWellness #MaternalHealth #MotherhoodJourney #PrenatalCare #HolisticPregnancy #PreparingForBirth #SupportingMothers #PregnancySupport

💐 Spring starts a new year & it’s brought me so much reflection of how far I’ve come this past year and how much I have grown outside my comfort zone. The women I’ve crossed paths with, the spaces that have been held for me, and the experiences I’ve been honored to be apart of has made me realize I am exactly where I belong. ✨ If it wasn’t for the women I’ve met through my birth work journey I would’ve continued to stand in my own way and shy away from the growth I see within myself today. Thank you for all the convos with my doula sisters on the days that feel defeating. They bring me back to life & remind me that no matter how hectic life gets, our work matters and we are meant to be here. I love you all so much 🫂🤎🤎🤎 Wrapping up #worlddoulaweek with big appreciation to the women who have been called on this path and the women who allow us in their space to give support & love. 💐
