For my history people out there, this is Rudston Monolith. It stands near a small Abby church in the small town of Rudston, UK. What makes the stone significant is, this is the tallest monolith stone in all of UK and estimated to date back to around 4000 years. It’s taller than the stones at Stonehenge and Avebury and dating to roughly the same time period. It was amazing to visit this monument, no tourist office, no tourist or people, nothing but me, the birds and the graves surrounding it. Also, make sure to watch the short video clips at the end.
