16 year old me had no idea how cool life was going to get. 2022 was sure one for the books.

The plan was to dose this out for myself over ice cream, or in coffee, or maybe tea. Will any of that happen? Maybe with the next jar. My spoon and I are busy.

My new (current) favorite. Killer lift, absolutely tastes like Oreos on the exhale.

We worked with Ancient Roots Coffee to create clean Amazon-ready product photos for their various mushroom-infused coffee blends and produced this delicious pour over brew reel with the @brandinglosangeles team.

My morning go-to ritual was always coffee … and lots of it! ☕️ so much that instead of energizing me it started paralyzing me, creating restlessness and anxiety.

It took a couple of weeks to adjust, but introducing matcha tea in place of coffee was a game changer. Instead of jittery and restless I would feel calm, focused and gently energized (instead of bouncing off the walls!🤪)

My matcha latte has evolved into a matcha Maca spirulina latte and it’s sooooo delish and supports a good morning #mood that sets the stage for the rest of the day.

(And sometimes I make it dirty when I want a little coffee flavor but adding a shot or two of coffee which is like 1/16 of the amount I drank previously!)

Get the full scoop about the #mind #brain and #body benefits from each of the ingredients in this—matcha, Maca, spirulina, and cinnamon, on the purely planted blog. Link in bio 🍵
