#workfamily is the #best family. You show up and invest time, energy, love and commitment into achieving goals, and your coworkers witness your devotion firsthand on a daily basis, while you witness their’s in return. Living in the trenches together and achieving goals… #teamwork unbreakable #bonds and learning to love every version of each other, while providing unwavering #support for each other. I’m so grateful and love everyone on my team so much. @and.she.rose @heatherregelbrugge @livingthatgoddesslife

I can’t believe it’s only been a week since I was on one of the most epic weekends of my life with @senditfoundation alumni trip! We camped next to the American River in Lotus, California. We whitewater rafted, shared stories, tears and the most wonderful belly laughs! Let me tell you this group of people knows how to LIVE!

women coming together (I will die on this hill) is the most powerful thing on the planet. grateful for the feminine, for the women who show up in love for each other and themselves, who hold each other kindly, who flash half dome *respectfully* together, who twerk for somatic release together, and who persist toward the life they desire relentlessly and change the world because of it. what magic lives in the bones of the feminine. 🌲🌙 ⛰️

May was so so sweet.

1. having a moment in an olive tree. I have never been inside of an olive tree until this month and my lord, the feminine energy dripping off of this tree… so magical. 🕊️

2. walks with family

3. the sexiest van you ever did see

4. in wildflowers!!! more specifically california poppy!!!

did you know that this poppy is incredibly medicinal? especially for mental/emotional health. it was one of the first plants I started using in my mental health journey and it has stayed a favorite. ✨

5. more wildflowers, picked and arranged by my wonderful May land mate!

6. beachy moments with friends, new and old

7. yasha doin’ what she do best

8. my sweet soulie knows my love language and brought me fresh eggs. they were laid the day before. 🥚

9. did a lil “saying the words that I wrote” at an open mic. I told a friend before I got on,

“It isn’t really your typical spoken word, so I am not sure what to call it.” She said, “Well, they are words you wrote, and you are speaking them, so it kind of is!” lol but regardless of what you’d call it, I am quite grateful for the space to show up and share.
