(4 X 6 EXHIBITION | ZAAL CONTEMPORARY)

@zaalcontemporary

(24-9-26)

• Lumix LX100 | Leica Summilux 24-75mm, f1.7-2.8

• RENAISSANCE is a study of drama, color, and narrative found within the overlooked. Photographed on a welder’s wall: where metal and fiberglass forms are repeatedly sprayed, marked, scraped, and transformed.

• The surface began to resemble a contemporary Renaissance painting: layered, theatrical, imperfect, and alive with tension.

• The photograph turns residue into composition and a working wall into a stage, while its title speaks to something more personal: a rebirth in my own practice, returning to the discarded and imperfect with a renewed way of seeing.
