Here’s the almost half a year overdue @dlsuunivweek appreciation post from me 🫡
Part 1️⃣/3️⃣

300+ Central Committee Members, 16 projects and activities, 50+ sponsors and partners, 24,000 audience and participants, 4 organization beneficiaries + scholars, and Millions of profit — this is how Kislap UVMW23 can be described in numbers now. But I best describe it in three words!

~ a WIN

A WIN in skills and experience. 300+ student-leaders have given blood, sweat, and tears to make 16 big projects be felt by 24,000+ individuals in honor of the canon event of why we are called Lasallians. I could confidently say that DLSU have already seen the next student-leaders (and hosts😉) who will serve the student body in every aspect in the next years. Y’all can have trust in them! Happy to be part of these kids’ growth! I honor you all. 🏆
A WIN in culture and tradition. With school returning to f2f just last AY, a lot are still learning to know what being a Lasallian really is. Kislap and its supporting Core Value of Zeal for Service was successful in showing that — that we are all called in mission; to be of service and be Lasallian achievers, for God, country, and the world.
A WIN in me. That before I leave this institution, I got to serve this university for the last time, through this very role, with all my heart, live up to the mission, and inspire others to do the same deed. But I wouldn’t be able to do it all if it wasn’t for the whole team, especially for my fellow Project Heads, my ride or die from December last year to until now. 🤝🏼🫶🏻
