Humble salutations to the One Supreme Being. 🙏🏽 As I sat before the sacred fire, offering my prayers during this Bhagvat Saptaha Yajna, I asked for just one thing, that You continue to protect, guide, and bless not only the family I was born into, but the family I was fortunate enough to choose.

There’s something incredibly special about friends who willingly show up for your faith, your traditions, and your milestones. You came for the prayers, stayed for the blessings… and probably tolerated a few extra hours because of the food. 😅

To my chosen family, thank you for filling this sacred occasion with your presence, your laughter, and your love. May the same divine grace that brought us together continue to strengthen our bond for years to come.

Some relationships are written by blood. The best ones are written by God. ❤️🕉️

Happy Birthday to the brother I didn’t grow up with,
but somehow the one God knew my soul would need along the journey.

A real 1% ATHLETE.
Not just because you completed a full marathon,
but because of the discipline, sacrifice, pain, and heart it took to become the man capable of doing it.

Most people will never understand what it means to keep moving when your body is begging you to stop.
To wake up before the world does.
To suffer in silence.
To stay committed long after motivation disappears.

But you did.

And that’s why this birthday hits different.
Because this year wasn’t just about getting older,
it was about becoming stronger, wiser, more resilient, and proving to yourself that limits were never meant for you.

I’m incredibly proud of you, brother.
Proud of the athlete you’ve become,
proud of the mindset you carry,
and even more proud of the person you are when nobody’s watching.

May this next chapter bring bigger victories, deeper peace, stronger faith, and moments that remind you why every mile was worth it.

Keep inspiring.
Keep elevating.
Keep running toward greatness.

Happy Birthday, Andell.
1% ATHLETE‼️🏁🖤

Took me over 25 years, but I have found my people!
The ones imma be doing it all with.
I had goals and I had dreams but nowwww
I can’t see those dreams realized without them
That gave me new goals and new dreams and continue to push me daily to be a better me!

Midnight Half Marathon 2026 was a fantastic race, but really it was all about the people and the vibes and the love.

Had some incredible motivation from the @drwc.intl supporters crew. Plus the Speed Squad, my brothers who suffered right there with me and we all kept each other going.

So proud of my babes @otasim58 in particular, as always, but also my Goofy Gang family - almost everyone made a PB! And so many friends doing their first half-marathon and crushing their goals.

Also special thanks to @kamalafitz for the sign! That going up on my desk in work in the morning. 🥹

Literally one of the proudest moment of my life.

I ran a half marathon. 🤯And if you knew me before… Mr. “I hate running”, yeah, that guy.

Life had me drifting. The parties, the drinking, the smoking… it was easy to get lost in that rhythm. But when I decided I wanted more for myself, my brother @andell__keith stepped in and said,“Come run with me. We don’t need the clubs. We’ll find better ways to live.”

He sold me a dream though… 😂“Just a lil run, Las Cuevas to Maracas, one small hill, about 5–6K.”

That “little run”?8+ kilometers. Mostly uphill. Pain, doubt, questioning my entire existence. 🥲

But somewhere in that struggle… I found something.

I found people who turned pain into laughter.Miles into memories.Strangers into family.

Now, every Sunday, I lace up not just for a run… but for something bigger. My @drwc.intl family, the highlight of my week, every single week.

@el.rob… I can’t even lie, you’ve become a real role model to me.The belief you’ve poured into me? It changed how I see myself.Running behind you and Andell, always trying to catch up, somehow taught me how to move forward in life.

And it didn’t just make me a runner…It made me a better son.A better friend.A better man.

Now I’m deep in it, studying form, shoes, endurance gels, chasing improvement like it’s my purpose.

Funny how life works…The thing I once hated… saved me.

Running saved me.@andell__keith and @el.rob… allyuh saved me.

And for the first time in a long time…I can truly say, I am living my best life. ❤️

This weekend, we had successfully executed the National Triathlon Champions in Bucoo Tobago, as well as a five stage in Enduro Mountain Bike Race in Chagramas. Our goal as a management team is to take the load off of race organizers, we design registration websites, custom medal and tshirt designs, guidance using our 30 years of experience as both National athletes and now event coordinators to ensure your event runs smoothly with fast and accurate results.

Thank you to our amazing team, pulling long hours, to make it successful.

And a big shout out to ALL of our sponsors, without you this event wouldn't have been possible.

Looking forward to working with you soon!
