It wasn’t the World Cup I thought I would have.

This is the most prestigious tournament in our scene, so it’s frustrating to be knocked out in the final group-stage match.

I feel like I’m growing a lot mentally, and I’m gaining more experience too, but sometimes it’s still not easy to find the right balance between controlling the game and playing freely. I wasn’t able to show my best in the group stage. At one point, I was just focused on finding a way to make it through to the knockout stage, knowing I could then raise my level, but unfortunately I didn’t earn that opportunity.

It’s going to take me some time to put this disappointment behind me, but I’ll be okay. I’m proud of the season I’ve had.

See you on FC 27!
